The submission of the MDR shall not be later than 15th day of the month for the previous month’s report, hence, submission of MDR after 15th day shall be penalized in accordance with Section 9a.1, Rule XVII, 2003 IRR of RA 5487, as amended which penalty is provided under Section 10.a, same Rule.
